With over 25 years of experience, Alice McTighe is a seasoned attorney specializing in technology and media law. Throughout her career, she has held pivotal roles as in-house counsel for both private and public enterprises, including Disney, Palm Computing, Pandora Internet Radio and Tubi, Inc., guiding them through multi-million-dollar acquisitions and other commercial and technology transactions. Prior to her in-house experience, Alice practiced litigation and corporate law at several large technology law firms, including Cooley, Brobeck Phleger & Harrison and O'Melveny & Myers.

Her expertise lies in supporting rapidly scaling, innovative companies seeking counsel on the use of advancing technologies, privacy law, digital content, advertising, intellectual property, and licensing. Alice offers strategic legal and business counsel to tech executives seeking to forge new partnerships to drive revenue, manage the complexity of privacy and data usage laws, and maintain compliance in the fast-paced era of artificial intelligence.
